Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Shoppittplus. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the business entity you represent.

Services Provided

Shoppittplus provides digital solutions for the ecommerce space, including but not limited to:

• Purchase of food, wears, electronics and physical products from local vendors
• Sales of food, wears, electronics and physical product within local region
• Delivery of goods

Shoppittplus may update or modify the Services at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. Shoppittplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Fees & Payments

Certain features of Shoppittplus require paid subscriptions or transaction fees. Prices, plans, and billing cycles are specified at the time of subscription. Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). Shoppittplus does not store full payment details. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a service agreement.

Vendor Partner Transactions

Shoppittplus may connect buyers, vendors, and delivery agencies. Shoppittplus is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of third-party goods or services. Transactions between buyers, vendors, and delivery agencies are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Shoppittplus for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights or proprietary information.

Data Privacy

Shoppittplus collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Customers and vendors are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Shoppittplus may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve its Services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Shoppittplus' Services (software, design, trademarks, logos, and content) belong to Shoppittplus or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for e-commerce purposes.

Disclaimers

Shoppittplus provides the Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Shoppittplus is not liable for losses resulting from third-party service providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoppittplus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Direct liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Shoppittplus in the last 12 months.

Termination

Shoppittplus may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to use Shoppittplus ceases immediately, and any outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uyo, Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, they shall be settled through binding arbitration or in the courts of Uyo, Nigeria.

Changes To Terms

Shoppittplus may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or app, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
